Summer quick, Fall on Horizon

It's been a great summer, y'all. We've played some great places all over, and it's been great to see old faces as well as meet new ones. We don't discriminate; we like faces. Period!

The new songs are taking shape, and we'll get crackin on the new album soon enough.

Thanks for coming out as always! We'll see you real soon.

Where's that face of yours?

This summer is sure to be a delcious one for the ages...There's nothing we enjoy more than displaying our recipe of funky fresh for youz. Translation: We like to play live a lot!

So where you at? Uhinge those eyes from that TV, peel your hind-quarters from the couch, get out here and spend some Q-T with your fellow homeslices! We have several new tunes for you to scoop, and oodles of love to give as always. Here are some updates:

-Payne just got back from a solo tour through the Midwest...and survived.
-Dehner is gearing up (literally) to bike up Mt. Washington...again!
-Mik's getting married REAL soon!
-Mark is just as cooky, if not more cooky, as he ever has been.
-2ADAM12, collectively, are charging forward with new tunes, some great upcoming gigs, and a sound that continues to grow and develop. It's been three years, y'all, and we ain't nearly done yet!

Adam Payne featured in the Boston Globe today!

Sweet Payne
February 15, 2008

Acoustic singer-songwriter Adam Payne , who plays two consecutive Friday night shows at Revolution Rock Bar, should appeal to fans of Ben Harper and newcomer Ryan Shaw. That means it's neo-soul with a jam band vibe. Payne says he'll play some originals and covers, including songs by Usher and Skee-Lo. A little, "I Wish," perhaps? Tonight and next Friday at 7:30. $5. Revolution Rock Bar, 200 High St., 617-261-4200. revolutionrockbar.com

Thank you to everyone who filled out the survey!!! We appreciate the feedback, and will definitely put it to good use...except for a few things, like the suggestion to dress Markie up in drag, or for Dehner to rock the banana hammock. I mean, these things are possible, but y'know ;-) For real, though, we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to help us keep the wheels rollling. See youz soon.
